General Information
This document outlines the rules and regulations for the PUBG Mobile Online Tournament. All participants are expected to read and understand these rules before participating. Ignorance of these rules will not be accepted as an excuse for violation. The tournament organisers reserve the right to modify these rules at any time, and participants will be notified of any changes.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to participate in the PUBG Mobile Online Tournament, all players must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Possess a valid PUBG Mobile account.
- Have a stable internet connection.
- Comply with all terms of service of PUBG Mobile.
- Not be currently banned from PUBG Mobile or any other official PUBG Mobile tournaments.
Team Composition
Each team must consist of four (4) players. A team captain must be designated. Teams are allowed to have one (1) substitute player, who can only be used between matches, not during a match in progress. All team members must use the same team name and logo throughout the tournament (if applicable).
Match Guidelines
All matches will be played according to the schedule provided by the tournament organisers. Teams must be ready to join the lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled match time. The match settings, including map, perspective (TPP/FPP), and weather, will be communicated by the tournament organisers. Teams are expected to play fairly and ethically. The use of any unauthorised third-party software or hacks is strictly prohibited.
Scoring System
The scoring system for the tournament will be based on placement and kills:
Placement Points:
1st Place: 10 points
2nd Place: 6 points
3rd Place: 5 points
4th Place: 4 points
5th Place: 3 points
6th Place: 2 points
7th-8th Place: 1 points
9th-16th Place: 0 points
Kill Points:
1 point per kill
The team with the highest total score at the end of all matches will be declared the winner.
Disqualification and Violations
Any violation of these rules may result in penalties, including warnings, point deductions, or disqualification from the tournament. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Cheating or hacking.
- Teaming up with other teams.
- Using unauthorized third-party software.
- Exploiting game glitches.
- Insulting or harassing other players or tournament staff.
- Stream sniping.
- Intentionally disconnecting from a match.
The tournament organisers reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action.
Streaming and Media Policy
Participants are allowed to stream their gameplay, but they must include a delay of at least 2 minutes. The tournament organisers may also stream the matches on official channels. By participating in the tournament, players agree to allow the tournament organisers to use their names, likenesses, and gameplay footage for promotional purposes.
Technical Issues
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and functioning hardware. The tournament organisers will not be responsible for technical issues experienced by individual players. In the event of a server crash or other unforeseen technical issue, the tournament organisers will make a decision on how to proceed, which may include restarting the match.
Communication Protocol
All communication between teams and tournament organisers must be done through the designated Discord channel or email address. The team captain is responsible for relaying information to their team members. Tournament organisers will not respond to individual inquiries from team members other than the captain.
Prizes and Disputes
Prizes will be awarded to the top-performing teams as announced by the tournament organisers. Any disputes regarding the results of a match must be submitted in writing to the tournament organisers within 24 hours of the match completion. The tournament organisers' decision on any dispute will be final.
